Triplesec is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

Contact form: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you submit.
Website analytics: when you visit this website, Google Analytics is used to measure website traffic (e.g. number of visitors, pages visited). This only happens after you give consent via the cookie banner.
3. Why we process this data
- Contact form: to respond to your enquiry and get in touch with you (legal basis: performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship / legitimate interest in responding to your request).
- Analytics: to understand how the website is used and to improve it (legal basis: your consent).

Contact form data is kept as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 12 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is legally required (for example, in the case of an ongoing client relationship or invoice, which is subject to the 7-year Dutch tax retention obligation).
